Wintersports at Middagsberget
A family-friendly ski resort with six slopes and two lifts. Halfpipe and several jumps, a separate area for children. Ski rental.
This hill hosts the Swedish Cup in snowboard and also organises cross competitions for snowboard on its slopes. One button and one T-bar lift take you up to the top, and the skiing centre also has snow cannon equipment to improve its snow reliability. At the bottom of the slopes you will find a heated lodge which offers refreshments at weekends and during holiday periods. There is also a well-equipped ski rental shop and ski school. The length of the season depends on how much snow there is.

Directions
From Umeå, drive towards Vännäs along the E12 / Vannas road, after about 30 km, when you see a huge white sign saying Vännäs, turn left towards Vannas Centre. Drive through Vannas center and when you get to the town hall called Medborgarhuset, turn left and drive along Umevägen to the intersection toward Tobacka, turn right and cross the bridge, and then turn left immediately after the bridge.
