For you as a private individual, Vännäskortet is available for purchase at Poppins store in Vännäs. The card can be topped up with any amount and used at all member companies.

Order by invoice

As a company or association, you can buy gift cards against an invoice. Contact us via email or phone if you are interested or place your order through a form that you can find here:

*The last day to order gift cards for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is December 16th.

Check the balance and validity period:

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The card cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost and expired cards are not replaced. In the case of refunds, the voucher or gift card in the store where the gift card was used is valid. The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.

The balance on the card can be checked in 3 different ways:

• Go to www.getmybalance.com and go to the balance check. Enter the card number on the back of the card. 
   
• Read the QR code that is on the back of the Vännäs card with your mobile camera and click on the link that appears, where you can see the balance and when the card expires. 
   
• Call Consumer Support on 08-22 50 30 and ask about the balance.
